You will only need to know basic crochet skills to make this pattern:
-Single crochet
-Half double crochet
-Slip stitch
-Single crochet increase
-Invisible decrease
-Basic sewing skills to assemble all the parts together
Materials you will need:
-Size F & G (3.75mm & 4mm) crochet hooks
-Worsted weight yarn
-Fiberfill (or your stuffing of choice)
-15mm black safety eyes (you can purchase these eyes HERE)
-Stitch marker (I highly recommend these ones HERE)
-Yarn needle
-Scissors
Finished elf measures about 9.5 in. (24 cm.) tall w/hat, & 7 in. (18 cm.) w/o hat. (Please be aware that depending on your gauge and the type of hook and yarn you decide to use, your elf may not be exactly the same size as the one in the pattern.)
