Hey, all! I was recently contacted by Tuva Publishing asking if I would like to be part of their upcoming blog/IG (Instagram) tour for their newest book,
"Designer Amigurumi". I was delighted that they would ask and quickly agreed to be part of it!
A couple weeks after, I received this delightful book in the mail.

The tour started April 16th and will run through May 1st. Each person who agreed to participate in the tour chose a day from those dates to review the book and show of their creation they made from one of the patterns. Today it's my turn to show off what I've made!
It wasn't easy choosing which of these cute designs to make, but I finally settled on Lily the Elephant designed by Dilek Yildermen.

I love that this cute elephant has a tutu skirt and a flower on her head! Here is the elephant I made using Dilek's pattern.

A few of my other favorite designs from this book include these:

The book is laid out beautifully and includes helpful stitch and technique guides in the front ensuring that you're able to make your ami even if you come across something new!
The book is so varied in the designs that there is something for everyone!
I'm thrilled to be a part of Tuva Publishing's tour and collaborate with these amazing designers! Check out all the talented creators involved in this book below! One of the unique things about this book is that each of the nine designers is from a different country.
Dilek Yildirim (Turkey)
Katerina Nikolaidau (Greece)
Kristi Tullus (Estonia)
Kristina Turner (USA)
Mari-Liis Lille (Estonia)
Sandrine Deveze (France)
Soledad Iglesias Silva (Argentina)
Tatyana Korobkova (Russia)
Tine Nielsen (Denmark)

Stay tuned for another book review very soon from one of my all-time favorite designers!
